Kristina Joiner, wife of American rapper Xzibit, has reportedly asked a court to increase her child support so she could live a comfortable life, and take care of their son.
According to the request, the estranged wife said she was experiencing financial hardships following her separation from the rap star in 2021.

Kristina is said to have asked the judge to force Xzibit, known privately as Alvin Nathaniel Joiner, to pay her more money so she could sustain the luxurious lifestyle she once lived.
She wants her existing child support to be increased to $9,313 per month and spousal support moved to $21,380 per month.

According to court documents, she noted that her lifestyle had been “downgraded” following the separation, adding that she no longer had the means to buy her 12-year-old son designer clothes.
Kristina also claims that she and the son she shares with Xzibit had to move out of the 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home they were renting for $10K a month.

She also expressed concern over her inability to pay her bills, car insurance, or take weekend trips, in addition to claims that Xzibit had not made any attempts to see their son since September 2024.
The mother also accused her estranged husband of spending his money on another girlfriend’s luxury car instead of paying for their son’s private school tuition.
Kristiana again made allegations of domestic violence, indicating that Xzibit and his girlfriend, Valerie Eagleson, fought her at a studio in front of their son in August 2022.
She said she had skin abrasions, following the violence, and that her husband slammed their son’s head on the table for having memes of X’s girlfriend on his phone.

Sources say Kristina’s previous child support order was based on Xzibit’s income of about $25,000 per month, but the wife now claims the rapper earned a minimum of $134, 000 per month, and that perhaps has influenced her request for higher child support.
