Will Smith would begin his-ever headline tour in the United Kingdom and Europe later this year, the celebrated performer has announced.
Stating the dates on Instagram, he wrote: “I’m going on tour this summer! we’re hitting up the UK & Europe to bring you all the hits, some new joints, and a few surprises…All these years, I’ve never done a headline tour and I can’t wait to see you guys!!”

“Tag a friend, tag all your friends, tag ya auntie and bring errbody! We’re gonna have some fun,” he added.
The tour is to support Based On A True Story, his first studio album in 20 years, which will be released on Friday, March 28.

The actor and musician would play at numerous European festivals, as well as his own headline concerts in Hamburg, Hanover, and Frankfurt.
In August, he’ll head to the UK, featuring at events at Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Cardiff’s Bute Park, Manchester’s Victoria Warehouse, London’s O2 Academy Brixton, and The Halls in Wolverhampton.

Sources say the tour would end with a performance at Zénith in Paris on September 2, 2025. Tickets for the tour would start selling at 10 am on Friday, March 21.

Last month, Will Smith revealed the last conversation he had with Biggie Smalls, aka Notorious B.I.G, and another artiste, called Prince, hours before they died.
In an interview on the Broken Record podcast, he explained the connection he had with the two musicians.

“I don’t even want to say this out loud cause it’s like a terrible jinx…I met Biggie four hours before he got killed, and I talked to Prince eight hours before he died,” Smith said, emphasizing the effect of Biggie’s death.
“It was stupid and just centred on hip-hop for rapping… That one hurt me. It scared me, too,” he added.
