Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour started on a high note in Los Angeles this week, but it was her daughters, Blue Ivy and Rumi Carter, who caught everyone’s attention.

The tour kicked off at SoFi Stadium on Monday, April 28, with thousands of fans in attendance.

Thirteen-year-old Blue Ivy made multiple appearances during the show, dancing alongside her mother. She had performed during the Renaissance Tour, but this time her movements were sharper and more confident. Many fans online noted her improvement and praised her performance.

Seven-year-old Rumi also joined her big sister on stage during the show. She smiled and waved to the crowd, creating a moment that drew loud cheers.

Beyoncé briefly paused her performance to take in the scene before Blue Ivy led her younger sister backstage. Blue later returned to continue performing with the dancers.

The moment between the sisters quickly made rounds on social media, with many calling it the highlight of the night.

Blue Ivy’s return to the stage marks a big change from how her journey started. During the Renaissance Tour in 2023, her dancing was criticized online.

At the time, she was only 11 years old, and some questioned her stage presence. But instead of stepping away, she trained harder for future shows.

Since then, Blue Ivy has taken on more creative roles. Last year, she voiced Kiara in Mufasa: The Lion King. Director Barry Jenkins said he chose her because she fit the role, not because of who her parents are.
