NBA superstar, LeBron James, has joined a growing list of high-profile celebrities supporting Democratic presidential candidate, Kamala Harris.

Amid Halloween celebrations, the Los Angeles Lakers star took to his social media platforms to share a video that combined scenes of civil rights protests and historical abuses over several decades with clips of Donald Trump’s remarks and footage from his recent rally at Madison Square Garden.

The video created the impression that the former president holds racist views, concluding with the quote: “Hate takes us back.”

In his caption, the four-time championship winner wrote, “What are we even talking about here??” He added, “When I think about my kids and my family and how they will grow up, the choice is clear to me. VOTE KAMALA HARRIS!!!”

Available records show that the father of three has had a history of supporting Democratic candidates, hosting a concert for Barack Obama in 2008 and campaigning for Hillary Clinton in 2016, including an endorsement essay and a rally introduction in Ohio.

In other news, available reports indicate that Beyonce’ is set to perform as Americans get ready for Election Day.

According to three sources familiar with the latest plans, she is expected to appear at Kamala Harris’ event in Houston on the evening of Friday, October 25, 2024.

Not only is she expected to perform, but the Houston native is also anticipated to speak. Beyoncé’s appearance was first reported by the Washington Post.

Beyoncé has quietly shown support for Kamala Harris earlier this year. While she hasn’t publicly endorsed her yet, the Grammy Award winner reportedly gave permission to the Harris camp to use her 2016 song, “Freedom,” on the campaign trail.

She also famously sang the national anthem at former President Barack Obama’s first inauguration in 2008 and performed at a rally in Ohio during the final days of then-Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s campaign in 2016.
