The podcast aims to provide a warm atmosphere where famous guests may converse about mature, real-world issues like pop culture, politics, and sex while offering candid commentary based on their personal experiences.
Women of all ages and races can relate to the subjects covered in the podcast, especially those who are in a particular stage of life.
It covers a wide range of topics, from overcoming obstacles at work and overcoming prejudice in the workplace to making personal decisions like deciding to forgo children and managing women’s health.
