Ahead of his highly anticipated Super Bowl halftime show performance, singer Usher revealed he is planning to incorporate roller skating into the act.
In an interview Thursday with Apple Music’s Nadeska Alexis, the R&B icon said he wanted to showcase unique dance moments from his Las Vegas residency at the big game.
“I thought about skating and doing things that I’ve not done on stage up until this point,” Usher said, noting he hopes to give the worldwide audience a taste of his Vegas show.
The roller skating tease comes just after Usher released his new album “Coming Home” last week, his first full album since 2016.
The Super Bowl stage presents a massive opportunity for the multi-Grammy winner to showcase his skating skills alongside his extensive catalog of hits.
