Chinese artist Tia Ray has revealed her 2024 concert tour, which will combine elaborate production pieces with inventive projections to provide an immersive experience for the audience.
The maiden concert is scheduled for July 6 at Shenzhen’s Universiade Center. The tour’s further dates and locations will be revealed one at a time.
Due to the release of her most recent solo album, ALLURE, last year, Tia has been nominated for the 35th Golden Melody Awards’ best Mandarin female vocalist category.
Tia has been nominated for this award twice before. Along with a nomination for best pop album and best female vocalist at the 17th Fresh Music Awards in Singapore, she received nods for the album in five categories at the 2nd Wave Music Awards.
At the 2024 Billboard Women in Music event in March, Tia Ray received the Global Force Award, further establishing her standing as a significant player in the music business. She will also be working with artists from across the world to create an album in its entirety in English this year.
Since making her debut in 2012, the gifted Chinese singer/songwriter—known for her enthralling voice and poignant lyrics—has published six albums, including T.I.A., Once Upon a Moon, and ALLURE. She has also contributed to several film and television soundtracks.
Tia Ray received Weibo’s annual Outstanding Singer Award and the Best Female Vocalist category at the 15th Singapore Fresh Music Awards in 2022.
