The Game, a renowned Compton rapper, has recently shifted his focus to Meek Mill following the release of a scathing diss track against Rick Ross.
The Game took to Instagram to poke fun at a recent selfie shared by Meek Mill, captioning it with a simple yet loaded phrase, “Life is good.”
This light-hearted jab follows The Game’s release of Freeway’s Revenge, a fiery track filled with pointed barbs aimed at Rick Ross, Meek’s former label boss. The Game didn’t hold back in his critique of Ross, touching on everything from his weight and health issues to his past as a correctional officer.
His issues with Ross seem to stem from Ross’s recent trolling of Drake on social media and his sneering diss song Champagne Moments. The Game had previously called out Rick Ross for taking shots at Drake. The rapper, who has worked with Rick Ross in the past, took issue with Ross’s relentless trolling of Drake in his feud with Kendrick Lamar.
Ross initially responded by dismissing his rival as a “starving” artist, but has yet to release his own diss track. This apparent reluctance to engage further seems to have irked The Game, who took to social media to launch another attack against the “Hustlin’” hitmaker.
The Game’s issues stem from Ross’ recent trolling of Drake on social media and his dismissive diss track “Champagne Moments.” Meanwhile, The Game and Meek Mill have a history of trading shots on wax in the 2010s before they decided to bury the hatchet in 2018.
