The Game has parted ways with his luxurious Calabasas mansion as part of a court-ordered sale to settle a $7.13 million debt owed to his sexual assault accuser, Priscilla Rainey.
The Los Angeles County Superior Court approved the sale on May 2, 2025, concluding a nearly decade-long legal battle that began with Rainey’s 2015 lawsuit.

Rainey, a former contestant on The Game’s VH1 reality show She’s Got Game, alleged she was sexually assaulted by the rapper during an off-camera encounter.
After The Game failed to appear in court, a default judgment was issued in 2016, awarding Rainey $1.13 million in compensatory damages and $6 million in punitive damages.

Despite his appeals and attempts to shield assets, including transferring the property’s deed to JTT Holdings LLC, the court ruled the company was an alter ego of The Game, paving the way for the sale.
