Award-winning Hollywood actor Tom Holland has finally gotten engaged to his longtime girlfriend and Marvel Spider-Man movie costar Zendaya.
According to reports, Zendaya answered yes when Holland popped the question during the holidays.
The rumors that Holland proposed between Christmas and New Year’s Day in a very private setting with just the two of them present were confirmed when the Marvel Cinematic Universe star showed off a gorgeous diamond ring that contrasted with the rest of her Bulgari jewelry at the just ended 2025 Golden Globes.
Although the pair is reportedly not in a rush to arrange their wedding, Holland requested Zendaya’s father, Kazembe Ajamu Coleman, “months ago” for her hand in marriage as an added touch of traditional sweetness.
Zendaya’s family is allegedly “very excited for this next chapter in her relationship,” calling Holland “a class act,” and Coleman gladly gave his approval.

The two celebrities first crossed paths on the Spider-Man: Homecoming set in 2017. Their relationship was rumored, but it wasn’t confirmed until 2021, the year Spider-Man: No Way Home came out when they were spotted kissing.
In September of that year, their romance was officially announced on Instagram. They have kept their relationship largely covert throughout the years, only engaging in PDA on certain occasions like birthdays.
In May last year, Holland posted a breathtaking photo of his girlfriend Zendaya at the Met Gala, which she picked up with the help of her stylist Law Roach.
The Euphoria actress, paying homage to a 1999 haute couture ensemble he designed for Christian Dior, looked stunning in a custom Maison Margiela gown by John Galliano.
The dress code for the “Garden of Time” was aptly represented by the peacock-like, deep blue and green gown.
Holland who could not keep his eyes off his beautiful girls captioned the photo with three heart-eyed emojis.
The Euphoria star appeared many times when the Crowded Room actor participated in a Buzzfeed series last year in which he had to respond to 30 questions quickly.
Zendaya was featured in Disney Channel‘s Shake It Up from 2010 to 2013, and he said that she was his childhood celebrity obsession. She was also the last person he sent a meme to.
“It’s nonstop. She sends me too much. I can’t keep up because I delete my Instagram for days at a time. I download it to post, then I have to check my messages, and I’ll have hundreds and hundreds of things from her,” he said.
