On Saturday, March 8, Rihanna marked International Women’s Day by proudly celebrating motherhood with some adorable throwback photos of RZA and Riot.
The “Umbrella” singer, 37, took to Instagram to share a pair of delivery room photos from when she gave birth to her children RZA and Riot Rose.
Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky have two sons together. In May 2022, she gave birth to her first child, RZA, and in August 2023, her second, Riot respectively.
The Grammy winner famously flaunted her baby bump during the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show, revealing she was expecting her second child.
The pictures showed Rihanna in a hospital bed, and of course, looking stylish while holding her newborns.

Rihanna tied the sharing of this photo moment to the celebration of International Women’s Day, which fell on Saturday, March 9th, 2025.
Captioning the post the decorated singer wrote:
“By far the most powerful thing I’ve ever done as a woman…my little miracles! #InternationalWomensDay 1- RZA 2- Riot Rose.”
She even slid in a little joke about her look for her babies’ big entrances, adding,
“And yes, I gave birth in pearls and sunglasses … don’t ask, a lot was happening,”
