The feud between Suge Knight and Snoop Dogg will never end. The rapper from Long Beach, California was criticized by the previous CEO of Death Row Records for “destroying” the cherished company.
In a recent interview published by The Art Of Dialogue, the imprisoned businessman revealed all. You said that I’m upset with you because you purchased Death Row, Snoop? What do you purchase? Take the documents to me. “Show me what you have,” he urged.

He described his shortcomings while working for Def Jam, including how Snoop’s Doggystyle label failed to gain traction.
“Did you do anything good for Def Jam? Absolutely not,” he added. “Now you wanna start something that has nothing to do with you. You going backwards. You tryna create something that Suge Knight created. But instead of going big, you disappointing the world by making everything flop. Everybody destroying Hip-Hop” before turning his attention back to Snoop. “If you have Death Row, you destroyed it. You messed up the name,” Knight added.

This year’s back-and-forth between the two has reached a new level. Last month, Suge Knight accused Snoop Dogg of being engaged in Diddy’s alleged sex trafficking, lying about seeing Pac in the hospital before to his death, and attempting to liberate 2Pac’s killer Keefe D. In an Instagram remark, Snoop reacted to the charges, stating that Suge’s true grievance is his resentment over losing control of Death Row Records.

Suge thinks Snoop is not the real proprietor of Death Row. Michael “Harry-O” Harris, his former business partner, committed bankruptcy fraud to buy the label from him, he said TMZ in 2022. Furthermore, he asserted that Snoop only obtained ownership of the label by forfeiture after a lawyer from Knight’s side failed to show there. The outcome was a default judgment in 2013, which gave MNRK Music Group control of the label.

“I settled the judgment. They turned around and said I didn’t settle the judgment. But they committed bankruptcy fraud which we just found out for sure last week. When they filed for bankruptcy in ’95, they said it didn’t have anything to do with Death Row. You can’t commit bankruptcy fraud and settle and do those type of things. It’s illegal, it’s a crime,” Suge said.
