Snoop Dogg has set aside a $1 million wedding gift for his daughter Cori Broadus as she prepares to marry her fiancé, Wayne Duece.
The rapper shared this generous gesture on The Jennifer Hudson Show, revealing the special surprise in a playful segment where he and Cori discussed their family’s upcoming milestones and moments of humor.
During the lighthearted chat, Snoop was prompted to share the most extravagant gift he’s ever given to Cori. The rapper confessed that the gift was a significant $1 million for her wedding, though he playfully noted that she has not opened it yet.
Snoop added that had it been his wedding, he would have spent much less, joking about the difference between his approach and his daughter’s.
Cori and Wayne announced their engagement in November 2022, but their wedding plans faced an unexpected delay earlier this year when Cori, 25, suffered a stroke.
Despite this setback, the couple has remained strong, and their journey will be documented in an upcoming E! docuseries, Snoop’s Fatherhood: Cori and Wayne’s Story.
The series, which airs on Thursday, offers a closer look at the couple’s love story and their family’s role in preparing for their big day.
The episode also touches on some of Snoop Dogg’s past grand gestures, including the luxurious Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon he gifted Cori for her 16th birthday.
The gift, however, became the subject of a family joke when Cori’s mother, Shante Broadus, decided to take the vehicle away as part of a grounding punishment.
Cori playfully recalled the incident, sharing how her mother had driven her to the nail shop in the G-Wagon, much to her amusement.
