Congratulatory messages have been pouring in for Disney Star, Skai Jackson, who has welcomed her first child. She announced the arrival of the newborn on Sunday, Jan 26.
The 22-year-old posted a social media photo of herself cradling the baby, called Kasia, and expressed excitement about being a first-time mother.
In November last year, Ms Jackson confirmed she was expecting her first child after months of speculation about her pregnancy.

Sharing a post of her baby bump, she stated: “I’m thrilled to begin this new chapter in my life…embracing motherhood and diving into new acting projects. My heart is so full!”.

In October she was spotted in Los Angeles wearing shorts, a white top, and other accessories and appeared to be holding her belly while on the phone.
At the time, followers reacted to the post, wondering why Paparazzi decided to “invade” her privacy. After the pregnancy was confirmed, sources said she spent time with her mother, Kiya Cole, who raised her as a single mother.

“[My mom] always taught me to stand up for myself, stand up for what I believe in, and fight for what is right,” said Skai. “I thank her for that because, without her, I probably wouldn’t have a lot of the confidence that I do now,” she stated.
In August 2024, Skai Jackson ran into trouble with the law when she was reportedly arrested, following a public fight with her boyfriend.

Sources close to the incident, at the time, said officials were called to Universal CityWalk after security spotted the child star and her boyfriend getting into a scuffle, in which she allegedly pushed her partner “multiple times.”
The couple were subsequently detained after police arrived, but they denied that they were getting physical.
