ScHoolboy Q has achieved one of his biggest dreams, getting JAY-Z to listen to his new album before it drops.

The TDE rapper shared the exciting news on social media, posting a picture of him and Hov smiling together.

The photo, shared on Instagram, shows ScHoolboy Q wearing a blue hoodie with the words “Blue Lips” on it, the title of his upcoming album. JAY-Z is seen wearing a black jacket and a cap, giving a thumbs up to the camera. He also expressed his gratitude to his fans for helping him get JAY-Z’s attention.

“Hov: “naw braH run dat back” ME: “ok cool” s/o @iamstillpunch THIS FRIDAY MARCH 1st BLUE LIPS,” his caption read.

ScHoolboy Q has been teasing his new album for a while, revealing that it will feature collaborations with Kendrick Lamar, SZA, Travis Scott, and more. The album will be different from his previous projects, as he experimented with new sounds and styles.

However, one thing that ScHoolboy Q always wanted was to have JAY-Z’s feedback on his music.
