Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing more legal problems as federal prosecutors move to introduce a 911 call and testimony from his former staff in a criminal case that includes serious charges.

The case involves a 2011 incident in Los Angeles where prosecutors say Diddy entered a home where one of the victims was staying.

Shortly after the break-in, the victim called 911. Prosecutors believe the call reflects the victim’s mental state at the time and shows how serious the situation was.

They want the court to accept the recording as evidence in the trial.

This 911 call is part of a larger case where Diddy faces three felony charges: racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting people across state lines for prostitution. Prosecutors say these crimes took place between 2004 and 2024.

To strengthen their case, prosecutors also plan to use testimony and communication records from Diddy’s former employees, including security guards and personal assistants. These records include text messages and voice recordings.

They say these materials are directly related to the employees’ jobs and show how the alleged criminal activities were carried out under Diddy’s direction.

Prosecutors believe the employees’ messages and statements are strong evidence of Diddy’s involvement in a larger illegal operation. They plan to present this information through documents and witness testimony.

The government is also asking the court to stop Diddy’s team from using his own past statements unless they meet legal rules.

They want to prevent the defense from bringing up personal details about his character or claiming that the charges are politically motivated.

The case includes serious accusations. Diddy is accused of running a criminal network for 20 years. The crimes listed in the case include kidnapping, arson, sex trafficking, and violence.

Prosecutors say he trafficked a victim from 2009 to 2018 and transported both female and male sex workers across state lines between 2009 and 2024.
