While Sean Diddy Combs awaits trial, prosecutors have alleged that the Bad Boys boss tried to use his power to influence the processes.

Attorneys on the case are said to have presented some evidence proving that the embattled singer tried to contact witnesses while in jail.

According to prosecutors, Diddy allegedly made dozens of “three-way” jail phone calls, which was against the rules. He was also accused of trying to influence potential jurors in the case.

Diddy has been denied bail severally and is expected to be in court for a final decision on his bail package on November 22.

Last week, Diddy‘s son, King Combs, said he would take charge of his father’s social media account, while the embattled singer continued to stay in prison ahead of trial.

The Bad Boy’s founder is in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York City on various charges, including sex trafficking, to which he has pleaded not guilty.

His son King Combs made the announcement and shared a video on Diddy’s Instagram account on November 6.

“What’s up y’all…it’s King Combs and right now I’m taking over my Pops’ Instagram. We’re gonna be posting videos by spreading good energy and taking y’all down memory lane of all the positive things he did. So, stay tuned and watch this. We love you, pops. Happy Birthday,” Kings said in the video.

Before rhus,  “Diddy” thanked his children for showing solidarity despite his legal battles. On November 4, his birthday, the children posted a video to their Instagram pages showing the phone conversation they had with their father.

The video showed the older kids helping their baby sister sing a birthday song to their dad, to which Diddy replied:

“I love you all, I love you all so much…I can’t wait to see ya’ll…I just want to say I’m proud of ya’ll, especially the girls— I mean, all of ya’ll,” he said.

“Thank you all for being strong, thank you all for being by my side, supporting me, I love ya’ll. I get the best family in the world. My birthday, I’m happy. Thank you all for giving me this call. Thank you very much. I love you all,” Diddy Combs added.

The interaction came weeks after the children Quincy Brown, 33, Justin Combs, 30, Christian Combs, 26, Chance Combs, 18, and D’Lila and Jessie Combs, 17, issued a joint statement, speaking publicly for the first time about their dad’s legal battles.
