In the upcoming weeks, a penthouse owned by French Montana, Rihanna, and former New York Yankees player Rougned “Rougie” Odor will go up for auction.
The property has been on and off the market since 2011.
The stars themselves resided in their respective units separately between 2013 and 2021.
While Paramount Realty USA is in charge of hosting the auction slated for November 13, the listing belongs to Sebastian Lopera from Corcoran.
The three units are being put up for auction by Assa Properties after the $50 million triplex in Midtown West failed to find a buyer.
The news of this auction was first made public by Mansion Global.
The NYC Penthouse, which will have a minimum reserve bid of $30 million and can also be purchased separately with a reserve bid of between $10 million and $12 million apiece.
If combined, they’d create an 8,000-square-foot triplex, but they come with no outdoor space.
Misha Haghani, founder and CEO of Paramount Realty USA, is auctioning the residences with Corcoran’s Sebastian Lopera.
The units are on floors 45 through 47, with an additional room on the 48th floor that can be used as an office, a gym, or a studio.
Altogether, the units include 13 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and three powder rooms. The seller is Assa Properties, which developed the building in 2010.
According to the reports, the three celebrities’s penthouse isn’t the only one going to be auctioned on the day.
Furthermore, developer Michael Marvisi’s separate four-story penthouse at 16 Warren, which features an outdoor kitchen and hot tub and was previously listed for $6 million, will be auctioned off with a $4 million reserve.
Additionally, a Times Square penthouse triplex designed by Costas Kondylis in 2008 and owned by psychotherapist, novelist, and Tony Award-winning producer Dr. Paul Boskind was put up for auction in 2015 with a reserve price of $7 million.
The building was previously listed for an astounding $21 million.
