Nicki Minaj has continued her online feud, directing her frustrations at JAY-Z and veteran music executive Steve Stoute.

The rapper took to social media on Friday, September 21, to launch a fresh round of accusations against the two industry giants. Her ongoing grievances, initially centered around JAY-Z’s streaming platform TIDAL, have now expanded to include Stoute, with whom she appears to have unresolved tensions.

Minaj began her tirade by discussing the fallout from TIDAL’s sale. The streaming service, once co-owned by major artists like Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Kanye West, was sold to Jack Dorsey’s Square, Inc. in 2021.

Minaj alleged that, despite being part of the launch, she didn’t see any financial gains from the transaction. She revealed that she was offered a mere $1 million to sign an agreement related to the deal, an offer she rejected.

Addressing her fans, Minaj thanked them for supporting her work on TIDAL but expressed disappointment in how she had been treated. She claimed the company was silenced and scammed her, but ultimately refused what she called ‘hush money’.

According to Minaj, her faith in God helped her through the ordeal, and she declined to settle for what she considered an insulting offer.

The rapper also shared a post from The Shade Room about the reported $8.9 million payouts received by other TIDAL co-owners, including Beyoncé and Rihanna. She mocked the reports, questioning why her photo was used and accusing some in the industry of trying to manipulate the narrative in their favor.

Minaj then shifted her attention to Steve Stoute, reposting a fan’s tweet that highlighted Stoute’s claims about her missing out on TIDAL payments due to an unsigned contract. Minaj’s frustration with Stoute and others in the industry led her to speculate on deeper issues, suggesting that certain figures are using her name to distract from their own controversies.

The tirade escalated as Minaj hurled insults at unnamed individuals, questioning their involvement in serious allegations while accusing them of attacking her online rather than facing more serious issues in person.
