Mr Eazi has rolled up his sleeves for work on a new television commercial, seeking to promote his newly launched betting platform.
The entrepreneur, on Tuesday, posted pictures of himself and the team on X (formally Twitter) as they started work on the production in Cote d’Ivoire.
It will be recalled that early this month, Mr Eazi announced another business venture with the official launch of his first fully-owned sports betting brand, known as Choplife.ci.
The move complemented his catalogue of business interests, and came a few months after he announced an investment in an artiste marketing platform called ‘Un:hurd.’
Choplife.CI, operating in Cote d’Ivoire, aims to offer “an innovative and accessible platform for sports betting enthusiasts while adhering to responsible gaming practices and reinvestment in African creativity and sports development.”
Mr Eazi, who has been in the gaming industry for the past seven years, described the investment in the betting entity as “a dedication to the gaming industry.”
“This marks a new era in African entertainment. Cote d’Ivoire with its vibrant sports culture and expanding digital ecosystem, serves as the perfect Launchpad,” he said in a statement.
Choplife.ci, according to its owners, offers a variety of online sports betting and casino games, all delivered through an easy-to-use interface, with competitive odds and features designed to elevate the gaming experience.
The platform, according to Mr Eazi, forms part of his commitment to promote African accomplishments in sports,” having sponsored some local football teams and athletes in his home country, Nigeria, and beyond.
His journey in the gaming industry started when he became a brand ambassador for the betting platform, betPawa, and subsequently an investor and shareholder of betPawa’s parent company, which has license operations in five African countries.
