Megan Thee Stallion is once again taking legal action against Tory Lanez, seeking a restraining order against the rapper for allegedly continuing a “campaign of harassment” from prison.

This latest development comes nearly 18 months after Lanez was sentenced to 10 years for shooting Megan in July 2020.

A few weeks ago, Megan’s legal team requested a temporary restraining order in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The petition claims that Lanez, still in prison, has been using third-party bloggers to spread defamatory statements about her, attacking her credibility in the shooting case.

Specifically mentioned in the 194-page document is Milagro Gramz, a blogger Megan previously sued for cyberstalking, emotional distress, and distributing altered pornographic content of.

The petition includes evidence that Lanez’s father, Sonstar Carlisle John Peterson, allegedly paid Gramz $3,000 between October 2020 and March 2022.

The payments were reportedly made in six installments, tracked through Zelle records. Additionally, jail phone calls between Lanez and his father discuss the payments, further suggesting the rapper’s involvement in the harassment.

Megan’s legal team argues that Lanez is fully aware of the emotional toll his actions have taken on her but continues to use his supporters to attack her character. They emphasize that even years after the criminal trial, Lanez continues to force Megan to relive the trauma of the shooting.

As part of the request, Megan is asking the court to issue an order requiring Lanez to stay at least 100 yards away from her home, vehicle, and workplace.

She also wants him to cease all forms of communication and online harassment. Megan’s lawyers stress that without this order, she faces a grave risk of further harm when Lanez is eventually released from prison.
