Megan Thee Stallion has made some progress in the defamation suit filed against blogger Milagro Gramz, who is said to have some links with incarcerated Tory Lanez.
Sources said the defendant had called for dismissal of the suit, but a judge recently ruled that the case would proceed because Megan had a “compelling case” for defamation.

The judge on the case reportedly denied Cooper’s request to dismiss the case, indicating that Megan had reasonable cause to feel defamed, considering that the blogger had made wild accusations like the rapper being “mentally retarded.”
“Plaintiff’s claims extend far beyond mere negligence — they paint a picture of an intentional campaign to destroy her reputation…That is more than enough to [deny the motion to dismiss]” a part of the judge’s 25-page decision was quoted.
