Megan Thee Stallion’s new album, Megan, has dropped, and it’s already causing a stir. The Houston rapper wasted no time rekindling her feud with Nicki Minaj, taking several pointed shots at her rival throughout the album.

The second track, Rattle, sees Megan seemingly addressing Nicki directly. She reflects on past betrayals and criticizes Nicki’s personal life, suggesting she’s still hung up on old issues. This track is full of sharp commentary that doesn’t hold back.

The barbs continue in Megan’s lyrics as she seems to reference Nicki’s husband and child, suggesting that Nicki’s life is dull if she’s still reminiscing about their past conflicts. This direct approach will likely spark even more controversy between the two rappers.

Megan Thee Stallion also aims at Nicki’s allies, referring to them as part of a “bitter-bitch link-up.” This seems to nod towards the Young Money rapper’s recent collaborations and tour appearances, indicating that Megan sees them as mere fan club members rather than genuine threats.

One particularly biting line targets Nicki’s penchant for gossip, with Megan suggesting she’s mistaken for a TMZ reporter. This could be referencing Nicki’s Amazon Amp radio show, where she has previously made veiled comments about Megan.

The disses don’t stop there. On the next track, Figueroa, Megan The Stallion takes a direct swipe at Nicki’s loyal fanbase, declaring herself a “brat, not a Barbie,” and calling out internet users who try to leverage her name for attention.

This album marks Megan’s first release since parting ways with her former label, 1501 Certified Entertainment, following a bitter legal battle. The timing of Megan is notable, coming just months after another heated exchange between her and Nicki Minaj.

The feud reignited with Megan’s song Hiss, where she made a thinly veiled reference to Nicki’s husband’s criminal conviction. Nicki fired back with her track Big Foot, which included several lurid accusations and taunts about Megan’s tragedies.
