Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox are expecting their first child together after enduring a difficult miscarriage in recent years.

The couple shared their joyful news on social media, with Fox referring to their previous loss in a heartfelt message, writing that “nothing is ever really lost. welcome back.”

In the post, Fox also featured Machine Gun Kelly’s song Last November, which reflects on the pain of loss. The track, from his 2022 album Mainstream Sellout, captures the raw emotions of grief, with the singer reflecting on a time when he never got to hear the heartbeat of a child he had hoped for.

The song is part of a larger narrative that Machine Gun Kelly has openly shared with his audience. It began as a track called One Day & 10 Weeks before evolving into Last November. The artist has spoken about how the song’s meaning grew, with both tracks addressing the sadness he and Fox experienced during a deeply personal time.

Megan Fox, who shares three children, Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, will now be adding another child to her family. Machine Gun Kelly, meanwhile, is also the father of a 15-year-old daughter, Casie, from a previous relationship.

The couple’s journey to this moment has been marked by resilience. Earlier this year, Machine Gun Kelly shared his emotional story of how a conversation with his daughter led him to seek sobriety. He revealed that it was Casie’s concern about his drug use, expressed when she was just 11 years old, that became the turning point in his decision to seek help.

The rapper and singer recently marked a year of sobriety, having quietly checked into rehab in 2023.
