In the wake of Donald Trump’s return to the White House, rapper Lil Pump, a vocal supporter of the former president, wasted no time expressing his satisfaction—and taking shots at his fellow artists who endorsed Kamala Harris.

The Gucci Gang rapper turned to X (formerly known as Twitter) shortly after Trump’s election victory, posting a series of provocative statements aimed at his detractors.

Lil Pump, a 24-year-old rapper known for his boisterous personality, celebrated Trump’s win with comments directed at music industry figures who supported Harris.

Among his targets were the self-proclaimed ‘Rap God’ Eminem and pop icon Taylor Swift, both of whom have publicly aligned with Democratic ideals. Pump expressed disdain for these artists, insisting that his endorsement of Trump was not financially motivated but rooted in his belief in the former president’s policies.

He claimed that his outspoken support for Trump came at a personal cost, including $20 million in lost business opportunities and the alienation of close friends. Yet, for Lil Pump, these sacrifices seem trivial compared to what he foresees as the advantages of Trump’s presidency, predicting that Americans can look forward to lower taxes and reduced gas prices under the business mogul’s administration. His celebratory post described Trump’s win as ‘the best day’ of his life.

Meanwhile, Eminem, who has been notably critical of Trump in the past, has yet to respond publicly to either Trump’s victory or Pump’s statements. Eminem’s political leanings have long been clear; last month, he appeared at a Harris rally in his hometown of Detroit, emphasizing the importance of freedom of expression and the right to voice political opinions without fear. While he has remained silent post-election, Eminem’s past comments reveal his belief that America must strive toward inclusivity and justice for all citizens.
