Lil Durk has achieved a new milestone in his career, he is now a Grammy Award-winning rapper.
The 31-year-old got his first golden gramophone at the 2024 Grammy Awards, winning Best Melodic Rap Performance for his collaboration with J. Cole, All My Life.
The song was Durk’s first solo nomination at the Grammys. He previously received a nod for Best Rap Song in 2021 as a featured artist on Drake’s Laugh Now Cry Later.
Durk, who hails from Chicago, expressed his gratitude and excitement for his win on social media, where he thanked his fans and his team for their support.

But Durk is not resting on his laurels. He already has his sights set on another goal, which is working with Beyoncé. The superstar singer, who has won 28 Grammys in her career, is one of Durk’s dream collaborators.
In an interview after the show, Durk revealed that he would love to make a song with Queen Bey. He said that he admires her talent, her work ethic, and her impact on the culture.
“It’s a few, but I gotta go see Beyoncé one day. Got to. That means I’ll be back [at the Grammys],” he said.
Durk is not the only rapper who wants to work with Beyoncé.
In 2020, Megan Thee Stallion teamed up with her for the remix of Savage, which won Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song at the 2021 Grammys.

Meanwhile, Blue Ivy Carter, the 12-year-old daughter of Beyoncé and Jay-Z, made a fashionable appearance alongside her famous parents at the Grammy Awards.
Although the family skipped the red carpet, Blue Ivy still managed to catch attention as she appeared on stage with her father.
She debuted a white off-the-shoulder Vivienne Westwood dress when she joined her father to receive the Dr. Dre Global Impact Award. The dress was paired with the fairytale-esque midi dress with $475 Larroude boots and a matching clutch.
