One of Kanye West‘s former assistants is suing him, claiming that during a studio session, he co-hosted with Diddy, Ye drugged and sexually assaulted her.

Lauren Pisciotta, the ex-assistant in the middle of this lawsuit, sued Ye in June on claims of sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. At the time, Ye’s attorney refuted the claims made in the case.

Pisciotta, who spent a year working with Ye, asserts that she was invited to one of Combs’ studio sessions along with an unidentified client of artist management.

“Drinks were served to her and others in attendance, followed by an announcement that everybody had to drink if they wanted to stay. After a few small sips of the beverage, poured at the direction of Kanye West a.k.a. Ye by a studio assistant and then served to her by Kanye West, the plaintiff suddenly started to feel disoriented,” the suit alleged.

Pisciotta narated that she was robbed. She added that she felt “immense shame and embarrassment” when she woke up, but she could not recall nearly all that had transpired.

Years later, she claims Ye told her they “did kind of hook up” and gave her specifics about what transpired. Ye allegedly brought up that night to her.

Pisciotta, an OnlyFans model, began her career with Ye as an executive assistant before becoming head of staff for his businesses.

The revised court file identifies Diddy as the co-host of the studio event on the evening of the purported incident. Pisciotta, though, hasn’t leveled any charges against him.

After being arrested on September 16 for sex trafficking and racketeering, Diddy is presently being held in a Brooklyn jail pending trial.
