Kim Kardashian will be involved in a court battle of her own, in addition to contemplating suing Ye for custody of their children.
It has been revealed that the 44-year-old businesswoman would testify in court over her 2016 Paris robbery incident.

When the trial starts in May, Kim will travel to France. She will now have the chance to testify in front of a jury after previously sharing her testimony with the judge overseeing the case.
Kardashian, her sisters Kourtney and Kendall Jenner, and her bodyguard Pascal Duvier were all out on the town when they were robbed at the No Address Hotel. The burglars took jewels valued at $40 million, including a $4 million ring that her ex-husband Ye, then known as Kanye West, had given her.

“I was Snapchatting that everyone was going out and that I was at home. So I think they knew I was there alone and Pascal was out with Kourtney,” she said in a Keeping Up With The Kardashians episode from 2017.
Kim K provided her sisters with detailed information about her thoughts and the events of the evening. She said that she was wearing a robe and was nude below when they touched and restrained her, adding, “Through the door, I saw two people arrive, plus the night man who was tied up.”

“They dragged me out onto the hallway on top of the stairs. That’s when I saw the gun clear, like clear as day. I was kind of looking at the gun, looking down back at the stairs. I was like; ‘I have a split second in my mind to make this quick decision.’ Am I going to run down the stairs and either be shot in the back? […] if I make it and they don’t, if the elevator does not open in time, or the stairs are locked, then like I’m f**ked. There’s no way out.”

Despite the fact that there were only five masked individuals there, the police first detained 17 suspects after conducting an investigation in France. Gary M. was one of them; he was the younger brother of Kardashian’s chauffeur in Paris.
