Kim Kardashian has discussed how her relationship with her eldest daughter, North West, has evolved since she broke up with Kanye West.
In a conversation with her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, on an episode of The Kardashians, Kim noted that the 11-year-old had been more accommodating and obsessed with her.

“North is obsessed with me now and calls me with her friends…Like, ‘Mom, I love you. You’re the best mom, I love you so much,” she said.
According to Kim, her daughter’s cordiality improved the initial tension after her divorce from Kanye.

Reflection on other aspects, the businesswoman said her relationship with North West has taught her to valuable lessons, such as patience.
“Kourtney always says that North is my lesson on this planet…I’m supposed to learn even more about patience—she teaches me patience. She has taught me a lot about life.”

In January, Kim Kardashian came under fire for posting a picture of US First Lady Melania Trump on Instagram.
The post on Monday, January 20, highlighted Melania Trump getting out of a car to attend the presidential inauguration, wearing an overcoat and a hat.

Kim did not add any description to the photo, but fans thought it was an endorsement of Donald Trump and the First Family.
“How many times does Kim K have to remind us that she voted for Donald Trump?” a fan asked, though Kim had not endorsed either Trump or Kamala Harris in the run-up to the 2024 election.

Some people felt she had decided to show her party colours after Donald Trump assumed the presidency.
In October last year, Kim Kardashian said she was not ready to date again, but her children were persuading her to find someone new.
