Kid Cudi has put his Calabasas home on the market, aiming for a slight profit. The rapper is asking for $8.5 million after buying the property for $7.7 million in the summer of 2021.
Located in a quiet neighborhood in California, the house was built in 2001. It comes with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The home also features a private movie theater, a full gym with its own bathroom, a fire pit, a sports court, and a putting green. Outside, there is a resort-style backyard with a lagoon-style pool, spa, and waterfalls.

The listing comes just weeks after Kid Cudi made headlines by selling over $850,000 worth of personal items through Joopiter, a digital auction house founded by Pharrell.
The auction included jewelry, clothing, sneakers, and artwork that Cudi collected over the years.
The highest-selling item was a 14-karat gold N.E.R.D. pendant originally made for Pharrell in 2005.
Cudi had bought it at an earlier auction but sold it again for $243,750 — more than double what was expected. A unique chain made by Ben Baller and artist Takashi Murakami, designed in collaboration with Cudi, sold for $187,500.

A rare pair of Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1 sneakers designed by Virgil Abloh also sold at the auction for $82,500. Other items included an 18-karat gold chain of Cudi’s likeness, covered in diamonds, rubies, and sapphires, which sold for $43,750.
Cudi also let go of his collection of vintage music T-shirts, including rare finds featuring Michael Jackson, Eminem, and Nirvana.
These pieces were part of a group of 75 items listed in what was called ‘On Another Planet: The Collection of Kid Cudi.’
He explained that Joopiter had been interested in working with him for some time. When the chance came, he chose to part with items collected throughout his career.
