Hartbeat Production was formed in 2022 after the merger with another company, Hart’s Lough Out Loud (LOL) network, which focused on the development of online streaming content.

According to reports, CEO Thai Randolph was to lead the business but parted ways with the company in November 2023. The Chief Financial Officer, Chief Content Officer, and some 20 advertising staffers are also said to have left the company before the start of 2024.

Kevin Hart has been on his Acting My Age comedy tour, which is said to go to other locations abroad by mid-2025.

In September last year, the businessman and actor closed down his vegan restaurants at all locations. The reasons for the closure were not stated.

The restaurant had been operating at Los Angeles’ Westchester, Monrovia, University Park, Hollywood Boulevard, and Highland Avenue, all in the United States.

“The response to the product has been incredible, and we thank our committed team, our customers, and our community partners for helping make the change we all craved and for their unwavering support of Hart House,” the CEO of the outlet said in a statement.
