Rapper Kanye West has been dragged to court in a fresh case of sexual assault that has been leveled against him by a former America’s Next Top Model contestant.
The complainant, Jenn Ann, claims she was assaulted in “a professional environment” while working on a music video project with the award-winning artist.
According to her, she was “choked and gagged” during the music video shoot until she blacked out. The alleged incident reportedly occurred in 2010 when West and another partner produced the visuals for the song In For The Kill.
Among other things, the lawsuit claims that West “rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her to emulate forced oral sex; however, the alleged scenes were not included in the final video.
Jenn, who competed on Cycle 13 of America’s Next Top Model, described the scene as “adult scene gagging” rather than a professional music environment. For that reason, she has decided to take legal action.
Early this month, Kim Kardashian opened up about the struggles of raising her four children, claiming that her co-parenting arrangement with Kanye West was nearly “nonexistent.”
She said despite having access to support systems and resources, she often felt like she was parenting alone.
Appearing in the podcast: What in the Winkler? she described the late-night challenges of caring for her kids, who sometimes ended up in bed and woke her up in the middle of the night.
Though she was often supported by nannies, Kim Kardashian explained that no amount of help could replace the personal involvement needed in raising children.
For her, the burden of parenting four kids alone was a reality that often goes unnoticed, especially given her celebrity status. She feels the weight of caring for the children alone, irrespective of the support she has.
