Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good are officially husband and wife!

The couple, who announced their engagement just four months ago, exchanged vows in a private ceremony on Tuesday at their Los Angeles home.

Majors’ mother, a pastor, officiated the intimate event, with Good’s mother serving as the witness, according to sources close to the pair cited by Entertainment Tonight.

The wedding came on the heels of a special moment for the couple: a private screening of Majors’ latest film, Magazine Dreams, attended by both their mothers on Monday in Los Angeles.

During a subsequent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Majors accidentally let the news slip, referring to Good as “my girl, my wife” before quickly correcting himself to say “my fiancée.” The slip-up sparked buzz, which was soon confirmed by the couple’s nuptials.

Good, 43, and Majors, 35, first ignited romance rumors in May 2023 and made their engagement official in November 2024 at the EBONY Power 100 Gala.

Their journey began two years ago in an unexpected setting—a unisex bathroom at an event—where Good offered Majors kind words about his work. Since then, their bond has grown steadily, with Good standing by Majors through a tumultuous period in his life.

Majors faced legal challenges following a March 2023 arrest for an alleged assault on his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, who sustained injuries including a fractured finger and a cut to her ear.

In December 2023, Majors was convicted of third-degree assault and harassment, resulting in a court order to complete a 52-week domestic violence intervention program. Throughout the ordeal, Good remained a constant source of support.

Reflecting on their early days, Good shared that Majors initially hesitated to pursue a relationship, wanting to shield her from his struggles.

“He wanted to protect me,” she said. Undeterred, Good embraced the challenge, noting, “I was like, ‘My love, first of all, you’re dealing with a Black Leo. And also, I grew up in this industry. The things that I’ve been through gave me the bandwidth to love other people, regardless.’”

The couple’s union marks a new chapter, though it coincides with renewed scrutiny of Majors’ past.

On Monday, Rolling Stone published previously unreleased audio from September 2022, in which Majors admitted to strangling Jabbari during an altercation in London while filming Loki Season 2.

The recording, obtained after a days-long dispute, was part of a now-settled civil lawsuit Jabbari filed against Majors last April, alleging he slammed her into a car, dragged her into their home, and strangled her.

Despite the shadows of his past, Majors and Good are forging ahead together, their love cemented in a quiet ceremony surrounded by family.
