A judge awarded Jackilyn Martinez a total of $123,243.10 in noneconomic damages, special damages, legal fees, and other expenses due to Soulja Boy’s girlfriend’s defamation lawsuit against Blueface.
An inTouch report claims that Soulja Boy’s girlfriend, Jackilyn Martinez, received a default judgment for Blueface allegedly defaming her by claiming to be the father of her child in a string of tweets.
According to court records, the judge heard Martinez’s request for a default judgment against the 28-year-old, who failed to show up for court or reply to the lawsuit, on Tuesday, April 1.
She first requested $10 million in damages but was ultimately awarded a total of $123,243.10.
The judgment is broken down as follows: $18,000 in special damages, $100,000 in noneconomic damages, $3,070 in attorney fees, and an additional $2,173 in costs. The judge, however, declined to award punitive damages.

Hernandez became collateral damage when Blueface brought her up in a back-and-forth with Soulja Boy on social media, leading to the initial filing of the lawsuit in December 2023.
Both rappers threatened physical violence during the altercation, which was started by Blueface’s conviction that he would defeat Soulja Boy in a Verzuz duel.
However, Soulja Boy, whose real name is DeAndre Cortez Way, is currently dealing with his own legal issues.
The 34-year-old took the stand earlier this week to defend himself against claims that he imprisoned, raped, and assaulted a woman who used to live with him as his purported personal assistant.
“I asked her if she wanted to have sex, and she was engaged in it,” he testified. “She didn’t push me or say stop, nothing like that.”
According to the lawsuit, which was brought by a Jane Doe complainant, Way raped her in a restroom during a police raid in February 2019.
She also acknowledged moments of consensual contact and said he then tormented her physically and emotionally during their relationship.
