The Megan Thee Stallion documentary dubbed “In Her Words” arrives on Prime Video on October 31. The documentary will showcase his rise as a rapper over the past few years.

The film promises to unpack Megan’s raw and beautiful spirit while giving viewers a rare glimpse into her personal life.

It will touch on her most vulnerable moments, struggles with fame, grief, success, and the truth behind Megan Pete, the Grammy-winning artist.

The documentary also features exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of Megan at work, offering fans a fresh perspective on her journey to stardom.

In Her Words will be produced in collaboration with TIME Studios, Roc Nation, and Amazon MGM Studios and will be directed by Emmy Award winner Nneka Onuorah.

The documentary will be Onuorah’s second project with Amazon MGM Studios. She was in charge of the 2022 reality competition series Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Girls, which earned her an Emmy.

The documentary was originally announced in May 2022, and about two-and-a-half years later, is set to land on Prime Video this Halloween.

Megan Thee Stallion: “In Her Words” arrives the same night as the Houston native hosts her annual “Hottieween” concert at Chicago’s United Center.

This Halloween, fans will not only get to enjoy a deeper connection with Megan Thee Stallion but will also witness her courage in sharing her personal truth.

Tickets for the Halloween show sold out on Friday, October 11. All proceeds will be going toward supporting Megan’s Pete and Thomas Foundation.

This has been a hot summer for the Houston native as she is making waves across the industry. Last month, she hosted and performed at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards.
