Justin Combs, the 30-year-old son of music mogul Diddy, has reportedly found himself blacklisted from renting mansions in the Los Angeles area due to his reputation for throwing out-of-control parties.
According to a report from The New York Post, Justin Combs frequently rented luxury homes for parties, often promising to host small gatherings but instead inviting hundreds of guests.
One realtor revealed that while Combs initially claimed he would have just 20 people at an event, the actual turnout would often reach 200, leading to significant damage to the properties.
This behavior has led to a widespread refusal to rent to him. One realtor stated that when Combs attempted to book a property, he was told “no,” reflecting his growing difficulty in securing rental homes for his events.
In response to these claims, Combs’ lawyer clarified that Justin was not charged with any crimes or faced civil lawsuits related to the accusations, asserting that the young man had done nothing wrong.
Despite this, the controversy surrounding Justin’s actions seems tied to his father’s ongoing legal troubles.
Diddy, who faces multiple charges related to alleged “freak off” parties and other offenses, was recently denied bail for the third time as he awaits trial.
A judge cited Diddy’s history of rule violations while in custody and concerns over potential witness tampering in the ongoing case.
While there is no direct link between Justin’s rental issues and his father’s legal woes, the timing of both incidents has raised eyebrows.
Diddy’s situation, particularly his alleged communications with individuals involved in his case, has attracted significant media attention, and Justin’s recent rental troubles have only added to the public scrutiny surrounding the family
