Former Bad Boy rapper King Los has come under fire for his association with Diddy following the release of a disturbing video. The footage, which surfaced last week, shows Diddy assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie in 2016.

Diddy, the head of Bad Boy Records, was publicly seen on Sunday for the first time since the controversy. Paparazzi captured him taking a casual stroll through his upscale Star Island neighborhood in Miami.

Despite the widespread criticism he has received for the assault and the subsequent lawsuit filed by Cassie, which has since been settled, Diddy was not alone on his walk.

Accompanying him were two longtime associates: King Los, who had two tenures with Bad Boy Records in the mid-2000s and early 2010s, and stylist Groovey Lew.

When questioned by paparazzi about the assault, Diddy offered only a few solemn words, wishing them a good Sunday and expressing love, a moniker he has adopted in recent years.

King Los, who collaborated with the Bad Boy boss on last year’s The Love Album: Off the Grid, faced criticism on social media for seemingly supporting his boss despite his brutal attack on Cassie.

The CCTV footage that leaked online shows Diddy grabbing Cassie by the neck, throwing her to the floor, and kicking her repeatedly. Cassie attempts to use a hotel phone to help, prompting Diddy to shove her to the ground again.

Following widespread condemnation, Diddy apologized for the incident in a video posted to Instagram. He expressed remorse for his actions, took full responsibility for his behavior in the video, and committed daily to becoming a better person.
