Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs may face additional charges after a grand jury heard new testimony from a male sex worker involved in his case.

Diddy, who was arrested earlier this month on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting individuals for illegal sexual activities, could see more charges added to his already serious allegations.

According to reports from TMZ, the grand jury recently heard testimony from a second male escort, who alleged that he was contacted by Diddy to participate in one of his notorious “freak off” parties. The jurors asked the sex worker several probing questions, including whether he had crossed state or international borders to attend the event and how he was compensated — whether in cash or through wire transfers.

Prosecutors are reportedly still gathering evidence and speaking to witnesses, as they consider adding new charges to Diddy’s case in a superseding indictment. This latest witness is the second known male sex worker to come forward with allegations related to Diddy’s alleged parties, following testimony from another man last week.

The earlier witness provided video evidence to prosecutors, reportedly documenting a sexual encounter in May 2023. The man, who flew from Atlanta to Miami for the event, described how he had sex with a woman while Diddy watched and recorded the encounter.

Prosecutors argue that Diddy’s infamous “freak offs” were not consensual, claiming that the music mogul used intimidation, violence, and blackmail to force women into participating. The charges also include allegations that male sex workers were transported across state lines and even internationally for these events.

Diddy’s legal team, however, has maintained his innocence. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, continues to assert that all activities were between consenting adults. Despite the mounting accusations, Diddy is preparing to defend himself in court.

Currently, Diddy is being held without bail as he awaits trial, facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and the transportation of individuals for prostitution.
