Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is once again at the center of controversy, facing fresh allegations of violent behavior and abuse.

Designer Bryana ‘Bana’ Bongolan has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, seeking over $10 million in damages. She alleges that Diddy assaulted her in 2016 by dangling her over a 17-story balcony and slamming her into patio furniture.

The incident allegedly occurred at Cassie Ventura’s apartment, Diddy’s former partner, with whom Bongolan had become friends in 2014. The lawsuit points to disturbing patterns of abuse, mirroring claims Cassie made in a now-settled lawsuit.

In her previous legal battle, Cassie had described a similar balcony incident involving a friend, raising concerns about consistent violent behavior from the music mogul.

According to Bongolan, the events unfolded when Diddy unexpectedly arrived at Cassie’s residence in the early hours, forcefully entering and confronting her.

The lawsuit claims he became aggressive, yelling threats before lifting her onto the balcony railing. Eventually, she was pulled back but not before being violently slammed into nearby furniture.

Diddy’s representatives have denied the allegations, questioning their credibility and asserting confidence that the claims will be proven unfounded in court.

The latest legal challenge adds to Diddy’s already turbulent time. His recent attempts to secure bail in a federal case involving sex trafficking and racketeering were denied, with a judge citing concerns over his alleged history of violence. The decision referenced past incidents, including a 2016 video and messages from Cassie describing physical abuse.
