Embattled singer Sean Diddy Combs has asked the court to dismiss one of the many lawsuits against him.

He specifically wants judges to throw out the case by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a producer who accused him of “multiple abusive behaviors,” while working for him.

Mr. Jones reportedly filed the suit against Diddy in February, but lawyers for the Bad Boy founder repeatedly denied the allegations.

In a recently filed motion, Diddy’s team described the lawsuit as one filled with “tall tales,” “lurid theatrics,” “legally meaningless allegations” and “blatant falsehoods”.

The defense, according to sources, claims that the suit is only intended to “generate media hype and exploit it to extract a settlement,” adding that Jones “fails to make a single viable claim.”

“Mr. Jones’s lawsuit is pure fiction — a shameless attempt to create media hype and extract a quick settlement. There was no RICO conspiracy, and Mr. Jones was not threatened, groomed, assaulted, or trafficked. We look forward to proving – in a court of law – that all of Mr. Jones’s claims are made-up and must be dismissed,” a member of Combs legal team was quoted in a statement.

In the suit, Jones claims he lived and traveled with Combs from September 2022 to November 2023, during which he [Jones] recorded hours of video and audio of the Bad Boy founder, his staff, and various other people “engaging in serious illegal activity.”

The lawsuit also highlights alleged screenshots from parties Diddy hosted, which included alleged sex workers and underage girls, some of whom Jones claimed were provided with drinks that Combs directed his staff to lace with drugs.

Jones also alleges that Diddy sexually harassed and assaulted him while he lived with him at his homes in Florida, Los Angeles, and New York, as well as on a yacht Combs rented in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
