In a new update amidst the ongoing legal battle involving Sean “Diddy” Combs, a new police report has been filed by the accuser, Adria English, who previously launched a sex trafficking lawsuit against the hip-hop mogul.

English, known in the adult film industry as Omunique, took her accusations to the Miami Beach Police Department last week, following the initial legal filing.

According to Dailymail UK, the police shared the details with federal authorities, though local detectives concluded that the evidence presented was insufficient for an investigation into human trafficking or any related crimes.

The latest development comes as English’s legal team, led by attorney Ariel Mitchell, expressed cautious optimism about the case. English reportedly plans to file a similar police report in New York City, further escalating the situation.

The scandal traces back to allegations that English was hired by Diddy to provide sexual services at his high-profile parties. English claims she was introduced to the Bad Boy Records founder through her boyfriend, who was auditioning for a modeling role with Diddy’s fashion brand, Sean John.

The lawsuit details disturbing accounts, including allegations that Diddy demanded her boyfriend and another model perform sexual acts on him in exchange for the job. Her boyfriend refused, leading to a series of unsettling events that followed.

According to English, the situation escalated when her boyfriend was offered another chance at a modeling gig, contingent upon convincing her to work as a go-go dancer at one of Diddy’s exclusive white parties in the Hamptons. English agreed, later providing photographic evidence of her attendance at the 2004 event.

English further alleges that her involvement with Diddy’s parties led to more sinister encounters. She claims she was pressured into consuming alcohol laced with ecstasy and encouraged to engage in flirtatious behavior with guests.

The lawsuit also accuses Diddy of “grooming” her for sex trafficking, including an incident where she was allegedly forced into a sexual encounter with celebrity jeweler Jacob Arabo, for which she was paid $1,000.
