Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces fresh allegations of misconduct as prosecutors argue he has been orchestrating a covert campaign to intimidate witnesses and sway public opinion ahead of his upcoming trial.

The claims, detailed in a 30-page memorandum filed on Friday, November 15, emerged as part of Diddy’s ongoing bid for bail. A hearing on the matter is scheduled for Friday, November 22.

According to the memo, Diddy has allegedly violated federal jail rules by using unauthorized methods to communicate with individuals outside the Bureau of Prisons’ surveillance.

Prosecutors claim he exploited other inmates’ phone access codes, engaged in three-way calls to reach unauthorized contacts, and utilized an unapproved third-party communication platform.

The memo suggests these actions were part of a calculated public relations strategy to influence the jury pool.

Prosecutors allege that Diddy monitored social media analytics and coordinated online campaigns, enlisting family members to execute them under his direction. The effort reportedly aimed to manipulate public perception of his case.

In addition to the PR tactics, prosecutors accuse Diddy of aggressively contacting potential witnesses, including victims of alleged abuse, in attempts to coerce them into silence or provide favorable testimony. The memo describes these efforts as relentless, characterizing them as a bid to obstruct justice.

The allegations deepen the controversy surrounding Diddy, who is already grappling with a high-profile case that has drawn significant public scrutiny
