Snoop Dogg‘s daughter, Cori Broadus, is a new mother. She is said to have welcomed her first baby on March 1, and was recovering well together with the baby.
The birth was announced on Instagram with a touching caption which read: “The princess arrived at 6 months”.

“I’ve cried and cried, I’ve compared and compared, blaming myself because I wasn’t able to give her all that she needed. But no matter what, God always shows me that He got me! Baby girl came at 25 weeks today and she’s the best!! Thank You God for getting me this far,” it added.
The proud mother highlighted her diagnosis of a rare variant of the common pregnancy complication, preeclampsia, called HELLP Syndrome.

“[The] doctors told me thank you for coming and if I would’ve waited a few more days it would’ve been really bad,” she said in an Instagram story. “Ladies please listen to your bodies and don’t believe everything you see on TikTok ( talking to myself lowkey),” she added.
The new baby girl is said to be Snoop Dogg’s eight grandchild. The celebrated artiste had said his grandchildren were his “everything” because they all individually got “a piece” of his heart.

According to Broadus, her baby was delivered by emergency c-section. She is said to have gone to the doctor for what she believed was “a bad case of gas” but learned she was in dire need of medical attention.
Broadus and her fiancé, Wayne Deuce, are reportedly planning to tie the knot.

Late last year, Cori revealed she was expecting her first child. The announcement came after the premiere of a reality show centered on the couple’s relationship, which debuted on December 5.
She reportedly discovered the pregnancy in late October and had described the journey as unexpected but deeply rewarding.

Despite her long-standing battle with lupus, an autoimmune condition diagnosed during her childhood, she and the baby continued to stay healthy.
Cori and her parents expressed excitement about the news. At the time, Snoop Dogg had said he was hoping for a grandson.
