The tumultuous relationship between multiple award-winning entertainers and couple, Cardi B and Offset appears to have reached its conclusion.
After multiple public reconciliations following Offset’s efforts to mend their bond, the couple is now proceeding with Cardi B’s latest divorce filing. Offset has agreed to the dissolution and is seeking joint custody of their three children.
The couple’s relationship began in 2017 when they were first linked romantically after attending the Super Bowl together. Their engagement was announced in October of that year, when Offset, a member of the rap trio Migos, proposed to Cardi B during Power 99’s Powerhouse concert.

It was later disclosed that they had secretly married in September 2017. However, their union was soon marred by Offset’s repeated infidelity, which became a recurring issue throughout their marriage.

Despite Offset’s publicized attempts to salvage the relationship—including grand gestures such as appearing at Cardi B’s performances with apologies—Cardi B persevered through the challenges. Their first child, Kulture, was born in 2018 amid ongoing turbulence.
In September 2020, Cardi B filed for divorce after three years of marriage, though the couple reconciled shortly thereafter, welcoming their second child, Wave, in 2021. Nevertheless, the underlying issues persisted.

In August 2024, Cardi B, then expecting their third child, initiated divorce proceedings once more. She has since maintained a separate residence from Offset, signaling an intent to move forward independently.
Offset has responded to the divorce filing by requesting joint custody of Kulture, Wave, and their third child, with their primary residence designated to Cardi B.
The rapper has asked the court to determine an appropriate child support amount, as no specific figure has been disclosed. Additionally, Offset seeks an equitable division of their marital assets and proposes that each party cover their own legal expenses.

Both individuals appear to be adapting to their new circumstances. Cardi B has been rumored to be in a relationship with NFL player Stefon Diggs, while Offset has been spotted socializing with various individuals in the entertainment sphere.
