Singer-songwriter Bebe Rexha is reported to have removed a fan from a recent show in Wisconsin for throwing objects at her on stage.
The Me, Myself & I singer was performing at the Titletown Summer Fun Days Showcase when the incident reportedly happened. According to sources, she stopped singing during her set to remove the disruptive person from the crowd.
She was performing her Grammy Award-winning collaboration ‘I’m Good (Blue) which features David Guetta, when the public misconduct occurred.
“…Let’s stop the music. Let’s get the guy out. He’s ruining it for everyone, I’m not having this again. Like the police had to come, it didn’t have to get there. It didn’t have to go that far. I love you. I’m sorry, guys,” the singer reportedly said on stage.
The incident is said to have happened almost a year after the I’m a Mess performer was struck in the face with a mobile phone during a show in New York City, and was taken to the hospital with an eye injury.
At the time, a culprit among the fans was arrested by police and charged with felony assault for hitting Rexha with the phone and was officially charged with two counts of third-degree assault, in addition to other charges.
The offender subsequently, reportedly agreed to a deal to have his charges dismissed if he completed 40 days of community service and followed “an order of protection” for six months.
