Kendrick Lamar finally emerged from his hiding place to respond to Drake with a vicious diss tune that dissects the Toronto rapper’s whole identity.

Some hip-hop fans have been wondering if Kendrick Lamar will ever reply to Drake, and he did for a very long time.

Without any preamble, tease, or release schedule, Kendrick just posted a link on X and let his followers enjoy it.

Over six minutes into the song “Euphoria,” Kendrick Lamar attacks “the boy” using a variety of voices, phrases, similes, metaphors, and everything in between.

In addition to smoking Drake, Kendrick also fired at the man who had just reluctantly chosen to enter the ring, Cole, J.

At one point, Kendrick rapped, “There’s three goats left, and I see two of them kissin’ and huggin’ on stage.”

He also said, “Yeah, Cole and Aubrey know I’m selfish n***a/The Crown is heavy; huh, I pray they are my real friends; if not, I’m YNW Melly.”

Maybe the most catchy part of the song is when Dot hilariously sings, “We don’t wanna hear you say n***a no more.”

Drake is receiving a lot of criticism, and that is only a small portion of what he had to say.

Which lines were your favorites? Was the anticipation around Kendrick’s diss tune justified? This is what the world of hip-hop is saying.

Rick Ross

In addition to telling Lil Yachty to step down if Drake asks him to ghostwrite, Rick Ross asserts that Drake shouldn’t reply to Kendrick Lamar.

Cam’ron & Ma$e

The hosts took a break from their typical sports conversation to share their opinions with the fans on the Drake and Kendrick drama. Drake is currently winning the fight, according to both hosts, who were unimpressed by “Euphoria.” Cam’ron thought Kendrick had a lengthy trash record as well.

Gillie Da Kid

While many others in his comments disagreed, the rapper and half of the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast called Kendrick’s “Euphoria” attack “corn on the cob” on Instagram.

Given that Gillie ended the video with a smirk and began talking about Nino Brown pistol-whipping people in New Jack City, this response appears to be tongue-in-cheek.

Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson

“Euphoria” left an impression on the guys at All the Smoke podcast. To fully understand the song, Stephen Jackson advised listening to it at least 20 times.

“These dudes are all great in their own way, and I hope that they can just keep this for the sport of it, and it doesn’t have to spill over,” said Matt Barnes’ wish that Drake and Kendrick could keep their conflict contained in wax.

KXNG CROOKED

KXNG CROOKED shared his opinions on Kendrick’s response with his fans on his YouTube channel, The Corner. Some of the criticisms, in his opinion, come across as rude. When talking about “hot takes,” CROOKED also brings up Gillie’s criticism and states that he disagrees with the evaluation. He then asks Gillie, “Did you listen to the joint, man? Or did you just glance over it?
