Following Julieanna Marie Goddard, known professionally as YesJulz’s alleged breach of a non-disclosure agreement with rapper, Kanye West, his legal team has filed an $8 million lawsuit against the social media personality.

Ye announced on social media earlier this month that YesJulz had been let go from Kanye’s YEEZY team.

The Sunday Service crooner posted a screenshot of a copy of the lawsuit in which Julieanna Marie Goddard was named as the defendant. The lawsuit claimed that Goddard had committed flagrant, willful, and recurrent violations of the terms of her non-disclosure agreement.

Shortly after, an email purportedly from Goddard appeared on X, informing her that she had been fined almost $8 million for breaking her nondisclosure agreement (NDA).

It also mentioned that Goddard was being “terminated for cause” and had neglected to sign her employment contract.

YesJulz went on to divulge private information about Vultures 1 via her social media accounts, even in the face of threats of legal action from West and Yeezy Chief of Staff, Milo Yiannopoulos.

Text messages with excerpts in which Yiannopoulos called fans of Kanye West and his music “down syndrome megafans” with “developmental disorders” were made public.

Information about a potential Vultures song that was originally intended to be sent to Ice Spice and Doja Cat but ended up featuring Nicki Minaj instead was also revealed.

Goddard avoided criticizing Kanye directly, but her anger was mainly directed at Yiannopoulos and the allegedly toxic and sexist culture at Yeezy.

“I refuse to remain passive and allow a bunch of sexist, d**ck-riding men to deliberately damage my reputation, aiming to undo all the hard work and effort I have put into creating this over the last ten years,” she wrote in a post on X.

YesJulz further asserted that she had not signed an NDA, and based on her past of stealing private texts and disclosing them to the public on social media, it appeared she was criticizing Ye’s hypocrisy.

“It is absolutely ridiculous that a company led by an individual who freely shares screenshots with over 20 million people would try to scare away a former team member by threatening to sue them for breaking a non-signed document and claiming they will have to pay over $7 million in legal fees,” YesJulz noted.

“The very fact that you even hold this opinion about everything is precisely what allows this kind of behavior to persist! People will undoubtedly be held responsible for their deeds if they continue to f**k with me.”

Goddard continued her tirade by asserting that Yiannopoulos, not Ye, was in charge of YZY and that he made hiring, firing, and payment schedule decisions for staff members.
