American rapper Kanye West announced on Tuesday, March 12, that he has severed ties with influencer YesJulz.

The announcement came via his Instagram Stories, where he stated:

“We have decided to no longer have YesJulz involved in the roll out of Vultures. All the activity on her page and with our fans in the past few days has been unauthorized.”

In addition to this public dismissal, Kanye West has also levied a hefty fine of nearly $8 million against YesJulz for violations of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). The specifics of these violations were not made clear in his announcement.

However, an email, allegedly written by Yeezy’s chief of staff, Milo Yiannopolous, was leaked to the public. The email, addressed to YesJulz, hinted at the NDA violations being connected to an X Spaces session hosted by YesJulz and various Kanye West fan accounts.

During this broadcast, YesJulz appeared to be soliciting the fans to work with her for free. She presented her vision for a “Yeezy universe” app, suggesting that fans, referred to as Yeezy “generals”, would be rewarded with virtual currency for their contributions.

Despite her enthusiastic presentation, YesJulz did note that none of the ideas she proposed had been approved by Kanye West. This unauthorized activity seems to be the catalyst for her dismissal and the subsequent fine.

YesJulz, whose real name is Julieanna Marie Goddard, is an American social media personality, talent manager, and entrepreneur. She was born on March 2, 1990, in Miami, Florida. YesJulz rose to prominence in 2014 after hosting a Sprite Remix Party for LeBron James in Miami. She has been referred to as the “Queen of Snapchat” by media outlets.

YesJulz is also the founder and CEO of 1AM Media, a female-founded and operated powerhouse entertainment company which boasts a creative marketing agency, digital radio station, management company, and record label. She has partnered with brands such as Beats by Dre and Red Bull.

Kanye West slams Kim Kardashian

Meanwhile, Kanye West recently launched a scathing attack on his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian. He did not like the school she sends their four children to.

The rapper demanded that Kardashian take their kids out of Sierra Canyon School, a private institution in Los Angeles.

“Kim take my kids out of Sierra Canyon now it’s a fake school for celebrities that are used by ‘the system,’” he posted and deleted.

He also claimed that he was “removed from my dad by the system, and the system removed me from my children”, implying that he has limited access to them.
