Kanye West has expressed his gratitude to Snoop Dogg for standing by him in his ongoing legal dispute with Adidas.

The rapper is suing the sportswear company for breach of contract and unfair business practices after they cut ties with him over his antisemitic comments.

West, who had a successful collaboration with Adidas through his Yeezy brand, accused the company of exploiting his creativity and withholding his royalties. He also urged his fans not to buy any Adidas products, especially the Adidas 350 shoes, which he claimed were his original design.

Snoop Dogg and others back Kanye West

The controversial rapper received a lot of support from his fellow artists, including Snoop Dogg, who commented on his Instagram post: “Speak ya truth, Ye. They can’t stop you.”

Kanye West shared a screenshot of Snoop’s comment and thanked him and his fans for their encouragement.

“Thank you, everybody, for supporting me in this fight with Adidas. Thank you Snoop and thank you to all my fans. Your words are making a difference right now,” West wrote.

West’s lawsuit against Adidas is expected to be a lengthy and costly one, as the company has denied any wrongdoing and vowed to defend itself vigorously. Adidas claimed that they had the right to terminate their partnership with West after he made several antisemitic remarks in public, which violated their code of conduct and damaged their reputation.

West, who has been vocal about his bipolar disorder and his religious beliefs, has faced a lot of backlash for his controversial statements and actions in recent years. He has also been involved in feuds with other celebrities, such as Drake, Taylor Swift, and Jay-Z.

Kanye unveils YZY POD, hefty price tag spooks fans

Meanwhile, Kanye West recently unveiled his brand-new shoe, the YZY POD, and it made waves.

The YZY POD is the former US presidential aspirant‘s first shoe release since parting ways with Adidas, and it’s got everyone talking.

Priced at $200, the YZY POD is not just your average shoe – it’s got a comfy sock-like feel, and the best part? It’s foldable, adding a unique twist to the Yeezy collection.
