Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign have proven that cancel culture has no power over them, as their collaborative album Vultures 1 topped the charts and received critical acclaim.

The duo has also received support from fellow rapper Lil Tjay, who praised their achievement and expressed his admiration for them.

In an interview with TMZ, Tjay shared his thoughts on Vultures 1. He said that he loved the album and that it was a masterpiece. He also said that he respected Kanye and Ty for doing their own thing and not caring about what people say about them.

Vultures 1, which was released on February 10, features guest appearances from some of the biggest names in hip-hop, such as Travis Scott, Playboi Carti, Lil Durk, Chris Brown, Freddie Gibbs, YG, Quavo, Rich The Kid and more. The album showcases Kanye and Ty’s versatility and creativity, as they experiment with different sounds and genres, from gospel to trap to rock.

The album was initially only available on streaming platforms and as a digital download through online retailers and Kanye’s website. Physical copies of the album on CD and vinyl are expected to be released soon, with Kanye’s store currently taking pre-orders.

Despite facing some challenges, such as being temporarily removed from streaming services due to a dispute with its original distributor, FUGA, Vultures 1 managed to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, selling 210,000 equivalent album units in its first week. The album also received positive reviews from critics, who praised its production, lyrics and features.

Vultures 1 is Kanye’s 11th No. 1 album and Ty’s first. It is also the first album to top the chart without the backing of a major label since Chance The Rapper’s Coloring Book in 2016.

Wiz, who signed Ty to his Taylor Gang Entertainment label in 2011, took to Twitter to express his excitement and support for his comrade.
